Visa to Russia

Citizens of many countries need visa to visit Russia (please check at http://www.visitrussia.org.uk/visaform/not-need). If you need a Russian visa, you will need an official invitation from Organizing committee. For official invitation and visa registration we will need pdf copy of your passport, information on the place where you will apply for visa (please check the web page of Russian embassy in your country to find the closest location), dates of your arrival and departure and preliminary route (e.g. arrival to Moscow, date – Ulan-Ude – field trip – Moscow – departure abroad, date). Please send this information to Organizing committee well in advance to get the invitation letter. It takes relatively long time (up to one month) to issue official invitation.
