The qualifications for membership in ISSLR are as follows:
a) any person is qualified to become a full or associate member of the ISSLR,
b) libraries and scientific institutes are qualified to become institutional members of the ISSLR,
c) individuals, corporations, or other organizations are qualified to become sustaining members of the ISSLR.
A full or associate member:
Annual dues are 15 USD and are usually paid triennially as part of the registration fees when attending the triennial conference (45 USD – triennial due).
There is a reduced membership for students. The triennial due is 15 USD.
A sustaining member (SM):
Benefit-tiered sustaining membership dues:
Silver – $1,200/year (logo + directory listing + 1 named individual member of the ISSLR)
Gold – $2,200/year (Silver + 2 named members of the ISSLR + job (or member news) posting (up to 4 per year) at the web page of ISSLR)
Platinum – $4,500/year (Gold + recognition at the triennial ISSLR conference).
Also, the special award for young scientists or practitioners (paid from the membership due of SM) can be negotiated between the ISSLR Board of Directors and Platinum SM (e.g. travel awards, saline lake conservation awards. etc.).

If you do this, please inform the Ben Abbott of the transfer.
